Q1: How do I turn on/off my Tikpal device?
A: Press and hold the "Power On/Off" button (located at the top of the device) for 3 seconds to power on or off. The device will vibrate or show a screen indicator when successfully powered on.
Q2: How do I connect Tikpal to my phone?
A: First, make sure your Tikpal device is powered on. Then open the Tikpal App on your phone, enable Bluetooth, and follow the in-app instructions to search for and bind your device. You can also set up Wi-Fi network through the app for a more stable connection.
Q3: How do I activate the AI voice assistant (Tikpal Q&A)?
A: Long press the "Wake-up" button on the side of the device to activate Tikpal Q&A. You can then speak your question directly, and Tikpal will respond through the built-in speaker.
Q4: How do I access the settings menu?
A: Swipe right on the 1.75-inch AMOLED touchscreen to enter the settings menu. From there, you can adjust Volume, Brightness, Display, Wi-Fi, Language, and Bluetooth settings.
Q5: How do I charge my Tikpal device, and how long does the battery last?
A: Tikpal uses Pogopin magnetic charging. Simply place the device on the magnetic charging pad to start charging. The built-in 820mAh lithium battery provides extended usage time with a standby power consumption of less than 0.6W and operating power of approximately 1.1W.
Q6: What is the "Gyroscope Stress Relief" feature?
A: Tikpal includes a fun Gyroscope Stress Relief feature. Simply shake the device to activate it. This interactive feature is designed to help you relax and take a quick mental break during your busy day.
