01 Your Account
You need an account to use many Tikpal features. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tikpal products. By creating an account, you confirm that this requirement is met.
02 Products & Services
Tikpal offers hardware (Tikpal Voice, Tikpal Room) and software services (the Tikpal App), including capture, transcription, organization and sync of your content.
We may evolve, add or retire features over time to improve the products. Prices and availability of products and services may change.
03 Purchases & Returns
Orders placed through our shop are subject to the order and shipping terms shown at checkout.
Returns and warranty claims for hardware are handled according to the return policy published in our shop and applicable consumer law.
04 Your Content
You keep ownership of the content you create with Tikpal — recordings, transcripts, notes and summaries.
You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service, such as storing, processing and syncing your content at your direction. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
05 Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the products or services — for example, by violating laws, infringing others' rights, or attempting to disrupt or reverse engineer the service beyond what law permits.
We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms.
06 Intellectual Property
The Tikpal products, software, branding and content we provide belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property rights.
You may not copy, modify or distribute our products or branding without permission.
07 Disclaimers & Liability
The services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
08 Suspension & Termination
You can stop using Tikpal and delete your account at any time from the App settings.
We may suspend or terminate access if required by law or if you materially breach these Terms, and we will let you know when reasonably possible.
09 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the App or on this page, and update the date above.
